The System has been upgraded from the original NC System by adding more features and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) to the NC 64 Series enhancing voice quality and eliminating interference and echoing background. It supports full duplex communication.
NC64 Series
Designed to support number of calls simultaneously. The system will automatically arrange the sequence of calls, the user can also add accessory devices as desired.

Designed for a CPU to work independently, in the events of Smart Digital Console (Master Nurse Call System) is inactive, the rest of the system can still work. A nurse still can attend to the patient’s call as corridor light and bath room light is still illuminated.

Smart Digital ConsoleSDK 20-NC64
To communicate between a nurse and a patient, when a call is pressed/pulled, a nurse can identify correctly to where assistance is needed. One console system can support 4 groups, each individual group can support up to 16 rooms/beds. The whole system can support up to 64 rooms/beds. When a number of calls are made simultaneously. The system will automatically arrange the sequence of calls with the exception of a call from a bathroom which will be put to the next available sequence.
Single Patient Station NC64-SPS-01 & Dual Patient Station – NC64-DPS-02
Installed at bedside of a patient’s bed to call a nurse, a patient can press a call by pressing a button at beside or pressing button (NC64-BCC “accessory”) at the end of the cord. A nurse can identify where a call has come from (blinking light) without having to check with Smart Digital Console. A nurse can communicate with a patient (full duplex), the device comes in 2 models. Single and double bed.
Bedside Call Cord NC64-BCC
Designed for the covalence of the patient who have difficulty to rise up by self to press button at the end of a cord for assistance, the cord is 2.0 meters in length.
Bathroom Urgent Call Station NC64-BTH
A patient can call for assistance from a bathroom, a nurse can be promptly called in to assist. The system will keep on calling until an assistant has arrived and press “Reset” to cancel the call, the “Reset” can not be made from the Smart Digital Console.
Corridor Lamp NC64-CL
To install in front of a patient room to alert a nurse when as assistance is needed, a nurse can come to a patient without having to go back to Smart Digital Console.
Power Backup 12V.
To supply power to the system and can support up to 6 hours when the power back out.
Splitter Box / NC HUB
It has 2 sockets. One to connect with Smart Digital Console and the other to connect with a patient room. NC64-HUB-01 connects with Smart Digital Console. NC64-HUB-02 connects with a patient room.
